Well, I don't even know why you would ask nurse vs doctor...
Doctors make a fortune more than a nurse.
Pharmacists are really up there, but medical (family) doctors are the second highest paid profession after medical specialists such as surgeons, psychiatrists, etc. Nurses make less than a gas station manager.

Generally the doctor will make more, but depending on where a nurse works, she can make more money than a pharmacist. And if a doctor is a specialist and does things like surgery, then he'll make even more. Doctors get paid based on the number of patients they see. Nurses can be either salary or hourly and pharmacists are salary. An RN is going to make more than a LPN. It also depends on where you live. California pays a higher rate due to the cost of living, so it just varies by a lot of things.

M.D. is the highest, followed a little way behind by pharmacists and the nurses are the lowest paid.... unless you are in France, where the docs and phamacists earn about the same.

Not usually the nurse. Toss up between the other two , depending on whether they own their own business.
