You shouldnt be slapping your friend in the first place, so yes, you should only give what you would like to receive yourself

If you slapped her then she could slap you back, but she must've done sumin bad to maker her slap you so if she said sumin bad AND slapped you and you only slapped her then she's still in the wrong.

Depending on the circumstances, its a yes and no.
Normal human reaction is to retaliate without thinking.
If you were getting a smack in the mouth, wouldn't you retaliate with the same.
