true... if the group you have are not mature enough to handle a group effort....

false... if the group will see this as a matter that can be solved and made into a learning experience...

it is the manner of how you see the group... if they are mature enough.. they can help each other to get to the best solution for their efforts...

False. Conflict comes from people having different ideas. There are many ways of achieving a goal and the group is trying to figure out the best way. Conflict gets everyone thinking.
