Congradulations, first of all! :)
great question! short version is YES, it is possible!
reasons;
that little one is "moving" of sorts... squirming... whatever exactly he/she is doing... you are very well goind to feel under the right circumstances... there are women who "feel" implantation... and I do mean they feel more than a "pain, cramping" they feel where the baby is being nestled.. can tell the dr. even...
the circumstances though for feeling a baby could include, but not limited to:
1) mother's size... if a woman is thinner, she will have more likely a chance of feeling the baby earlier...does not mean a woman "has" to be thin to feel the baby... just more chance
due to less tissue, fat, well really less of everything between baby and mommy...
2)reclining position of half up half down I found somehow that always put me in a "perfect" baby feeling position... not a dr. so not sure why.. can only guess that it must put my uterus into a position where it is against another organ maybe or something...
3) it is a part of your body... the organ that the baby resides in... for however many years you have been alive? you have "felt" what is going on within, whether consciously or not... now suddenly there is an "alien" organism in you.. of course we feel it.. sometimes it just gets brushed off as "gas" or "bowel" activity because it is what we are told and therefore believe is to be expected....
4) we are given so many broadened numbers, examples dates to expect certain things due to the individuality of each of us... if all the books, info and dr. gave us the seven-ten weeks is when to feel a flutter.. how many women would be in tears from not experiencing that? they took "x" amount of women, asking each questions all throughout, had charts kept and then did an "average" and left off the "earliest, rare cases" for almost all....
5) sensitivity to the inner-workings... I have seen time and again my friends, family that feel the baby early are also the ones who have more intense cramps, pms and other such fun monthly things when not pregnant... some also have IBS, endometrious or other "issues" surrounding having to do with, near the uterus.... when I asked my dr. about this during the last pregnancy... he confirmed other women that say they feel their baby early, also have one or more issues similar... no study that I know of has been done as of yet? but, at least one very good obgyn has given the educated guess of sounds reasonable.....
the biggest reasoning; you felt it! you know what you feel in your own body and no amount of women up here or anywhere can tell you otherwise.. they can only detract from your joy at the secret "flutters" you and your angel alone share with each other... relish it.. giggle and talk to the baby.. rub the belly.... those tiny, teeny nudges will soon enough be big, bouncing, football playing aches... letting you know yes mommy, you hear me!
thank you for taking the time to read this
I hope I have been of assistance in answering your question
good luck

you should feel it at 18 weeks. But if is your second probably you can feel it early. But you know your body better than any doctor, so you can feel even wen you get pregnant if you know your body very well. And how all this guys know the difference between a gas and a fetus movements? They certainly know what is a GAS. That's what they teach you at the university? If a woman's takes the time to know their body little bit more than we normally do, you can feel more than what your doc says. You are the one that have the baby inside, not us.

Oh I wish that it were so. I know you're going to get tired of all these answers saying it's gas, but honestly that is what it is.
Even if you were an entire month off on your calculation of when you concieved, you'd still not be far enough along to actually feel your baby move.
I've got four children and the absolute earliest i've ever felt one move is at 14 weeks.
Not to worry, you'll be watching your belly jump soon enough.
Good luck with your pregnancy and congrats!!

More than likely you have gas and that is what you are feeling. Its hard to tell at first if its the baby you feel moving or if its gas. When the baby moves it will feel kind of like gas and you may not be able to realize it the baby. When the baby starts to kick when you get farther along there will be no mistaking it for sure.

Its not likely it's the fetus moving. It's way too small right now (about the size of a kidney bean). You've got at least 2 months before you'll really feel anything.

Well, i guess it is unlikely, but who knows... I honestly think I felt my baby moving around 13 weeks, so I wouldn't say "it's impossible", but unlikeky, yes, due to its size.

It's possible, I read it in "What to expect when You're expecting" But it said it's really uncommon to feel the baby move that early.

Yes and as soon as it is rebuilt it will be more potent than it was once earlier than. The reminiscence of having via dangerous instances will probably be side of your shared historical past and carry you nearer finally.
