I know people who've used traditional Chinese medicine for fatigue and also for chronic pain. I would urge anyone using herbal medicine to check with their doctor if they are on prescription medications. For example, some herbs will lessen the effect of medications so that the person isn't getting the proper dosage. Some herbs interact badly with prescription medications.

Where acupuncture is concerned, I would want to be sure they are using disposable needles which have not been used previously. I know of one person who got hepatitis from an unscrupulous acupuncturist. In some states, acupuncturists are licensed. I would check around and be sure of the providers reputation before letting them work on me.

I agree with "Sarah Kanoewai", find an acupuncturist.
I have been going for a month now and they have also given me an herbal supplement. They both work !!
So much so, that after seeing a noticable improvement in me, my wife is now going to the same acupuncturist !!
