I PLACED ON ORDER IN FEBUARY DID NOT RECEIVE AFTER 21 DAYS CONTACTED EVERY WEK SCIENC BUT STILL NOTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND MONEY TWO WEEKS AGO BUT STILL NOTHING I HAVE CONTACTED THEM TWICE THIS WEEK BUT TO NO AVAIL PLEASE HELP

If you purchased by credit card contact the credit card company you will be insured against such shady dealings.

If you have house insurance, contact them and ask for the no of the legal team. Hopefully you took legal cover with it. They help with consumer disputes on your behalf with maybe a small xs.

Why not speak to your bank I assume you paid either by debit or credit card - you could well receive help from them as they look out for scams and such and will advise you accordingly.

well the only thing i can tell you 2 do is try and phone one more time and if that does not work tell them you r goin 2 c a solictor that normally works.
