Try some of the high street chains like New Look, Dorothy Perkins or Faith. Budget stores like Primark and supermarkets often stock cheap shoes.
Most styles will go with bootcut jeans. At the moment, it seems to be round toe boots tucked into jeans (equestrian/slouch) or round toe courts with a wooden wedge heel in bright colours that are "in fashion" atm.
Regardless, its important to find something that suits you and is reasonably comfortable. Nothing like a blister to ruin youre night out!

Will the weather pose a problem with those high heels you fancy?
Honestly, you could wear anything with jeans. It would be easier for me if the entire outfit were described.
Over sized sweater + tight boot cut jeans = nice low heeled boot.
Fitted top with plunging neckline + tight boot cut jeans = high heels
Sweatshirt + tight boot cut jeans = sneakers or work boots.
You could pull off any of these outfits while going around town and be jut a cute as you want to be.
When I was younger, I would sacrifice warmth for style. I just can't do that anymore. If it is cold I will be seasonably stylish. I say just be practical because it is really hard to have a good time if you are cold and scared you are going to fall.
Have a great night out and be safe !

I think pointy boots go best with bootcut jeans, especially for a night out as they can look quite dressy. I bought a really nice pair last week in Dorothy Perkins, which were black pointy ankle boots, reduced to £20 - bargain!! Also New Look alswys has loads of cheap boots and high heels; failing that you could always try Barrats.
Good luck!

they have loads in new look that are cool and cheap, go for any type pointed, round toe I think they all look good, but wear your jeans when you try them on, the jeans should go 3/4 of the way down the heel x

try new look all there shoes are around €30 over here so they'd be even cheaper in sterling. wear round toe shoes with skinny jeans as pointy toed ones might make your feet look really big.
