Probably the same as it is in England:........If you are a 'mad mullah' preaching hatred against the west the it is perfectly acceptable and the local council may even provide policing to hold back and arrest protesters so you can get your message across.!!!!.....However if you want to preach about God and Christianity then that will be a different kettle of fish as it will be deemed likely that you may offend a muslim and therefore you run the risk of arrest!

depends on what you are preaching if you are preaching about god its ok but if you are muslium and preaching extreme islamic views like the koran or alla you have a good chance of being shot especially in belfast because n ireland is not like london we take no sh it thats why there are not a lot of musuliums in n ireland
