It depends on the model that you have, if you want to get out cheap i would maybe look into a cheap cold air induction.
If not i would look into a supercharger or turbocharger, I would recommend a turbocharger though, they give more power and take lees to do it. DONT GET NOS it is terrible for the engine, and will cut your car life by 75%.

Install a K&N filter about $50 at Pepboys also a tornado at Pepboy about $65 cheap and best way to go

get out and push . sorry i just had to say that . buy a chip from your local dealer. i do think they offer a chip or prom to install th will do the trick
