Communication is always important in helping us grow and the key to success. Everyone has different opinions and different information. Learning from others is the key to helpingyou to learn from others experiences and not make the same mistakes others have. It helps you decide which path you would like to take in life.

To interact and work as a team and see the errors of your ways. We all learn from each other.
It is good to see if you are going wrong and improve on those things for the future.
