I got off the pill in Mar 06 to try to start having a baby. I didn't have my first period off the pill until Aug 06. Then another one in Oct 06. Then so on, so they were about two months apart in 06. Then Jan hit and I had my period every month, but they were about 5 weeks apart. I am trying for a baby, so I am hoping that this is normal.

i had a cycle similar to this. (i just found out last week im pregnant!!!! yay!!!) my normal cycle is between 30 and 35 days. if this has been your cycle since you started your period then your most likely fine. a normal cycle is any where from 21 days up to 42 days. a common misconcption is that every woman is 28 days. so not true! anyone that tells you that dont know what thy are talking about.
but if you are concerned, and this cycle is new to you, then go see your doctor.

when i got off the pill, my period became irregular-I only got it every 45 days...then it stopped coming all together. I called the doctor to ask if every 45 days was okay, and they told me that every person is different with their cycle. Then when I called them about me not getting my period at all, they had me make an appointment. They gave me some pills called Provera to make my period come but that was only because we are trying to get pregnant. I'd just call your doctor and see what they say. If you just got off the pill, your period can be irregular for up to a year. Otherwise, it's perfectly normal to have a period between 28 days and 32 days.

A normal cycle is 28 days but not all have that. I have a 30 day cycle. Everyone is different, some have 40 day cycles. Nothing to worry about though

depending on how long you were on the pill, your period may just now be getting itself back to normal. i would say if it continues on a regular basis like this then you have nothing to worry about. a womans cycle can vary from 21-42 days.

If you have your period and everything feels and seems normal, then yes, 35 days could be normal for you, just bring it up and your next pap smear. If you have severe cramps etc. then you need to make an appointment with your gyn.
