The list has been revised.
1) Don't argue.
2) I you can't avoid an argument, win.
3) If you win the argument it probably means you have lost a lot of other things in the process, so....
4) Defer to 1 before going to 2.

Well. Use logic/Reason. Don't Yell. Listen to the other. Don't stop someone while they're talking. I'd say have the last word, but you wouldn't, because it'll only lead to more yelling and more arguments.
