Mostly twice a week but sometimes its more....just to give the wife a break..............:)

Always on Sunday, because we have the time to go out. I prepare quick meals during the week because we're at the bowling alley a lot. We try to stay away from the bowling alley food.

Once or twice depending on finances. It's just nice not to have to cook for 4 people sometimes

It;s healthier not to eat out so I try to limit it to once or twice a week.
