Good grief no!
Americans are wonderful people who are in a tough tough situation at the moment as their traditional way of life is destroyed under their feet.
They struggle to survive against a cruel and capricious system that is bent on destroying all they hold dear whilst convincing them it is for their good!
Americans were always fresh, willing, strong, good natured annd vibrantly creative people. These traits are being obliterated but this is the true American spirit. Americans have contributed more to the world than baseball. They just have to remember who they are again and where they came from. Otherwise they are going to a dark place, one step at a time.
It works like this:
"What no one seemed to notice. . . is the ever widening gap. . .between the government and the people. . . And it becomes always wider. . . the whole process of its coming into being, is above all diverting, it provides an excuse not to think for people who do not want to think anyway . . . it gave us some dreadful, fundamental things to think about (feminism, playboyism, god is dead, free love, Viet Nam) . . .and keeps us so busy with continuous changes and 'crises' (911, anthrax, etc) and so fascinated . . . by the machinations of the 'national enemies,' without and within, that we have no time to think about these dreadful things that are growing, little by little, all around us. . .(The patriot act, growing list of restrictions, the foolish diversion of elections that are already rigged) Add cell phones and no privacy to be alone and you have a society that is easily primed.
Each step is so small, so inconsequential, so well explained or, on occasion, 'regretted,' that unless one understands what the whole thing is in principle, what all these 'little measures'. . . must some day lead to, one no more saw it developing from day to day than a farmer in his field sees the corn growing. . . .Each act. . . is worse than the last, but only a little worse. You wait for the next and the next. You wait for one great shocking occasion, thinking that others, when such a shock comes, will join you in resisting somehow.
You don't want to act, or even talk, alone. . . you don't want to 'go out of your way to make trouble.' . . .But the one great shocking occasion, when tens or hundreds or thousands will join with you, never comes. That's the difficulty. The forms are all there, all untouched, all reassuring, the houses, the shops, the jobs, the mealtimes, the visits, the concerts, the cinema, the holidays. But the spirit, which you never noticed because you made the lifelong mistake of identifying it with the forms, is changed. What was once rich with layers of meaning is now reduced to commercialism and the emotional wealth replaced by hedonism and materialism.
Now you live in a world of hate and fear, and the people who hate and fear do not even know it themselves, when everyone is transformed, no one is transformed. . . .You have accepted things you would not have accepted five years ago, a year ago, things your father. . . could never have imagined.
This is America today.
The world is changing. America has some major changes ahead to deal with. The enemies of Communism and Fascism, the "freedom" so dearly paid for in the 1900's is in the process of being hijacted by a dark new Communism that knows not nation or religion.

No, of course not, though, there are quite a few people that would like to see harm come to Americans. If the world could rid hatred of any kind the world would be a better place.

this is reminiscent of asking might the worldwide be a extra useful place if forex became in no way invented. there is not any one uncomplicated answer, faith has fostered and the two hampered progression for the time of the centuries. religions has been a savior of a few persons and the dying of others. faith has been used and abused. might the worldwide be extra useful? I doubt it. it could be distinctive - specific... yet extra useful??? Nah! with or with out faith human nature is an identical - and we would have got here upon yet in a distinctive thank you to screw issues up.

If you had any idea how much good the Americans have done in the world over history, you wouldn't even ask. The fact that we're royally screwing up right now does not negate the fact that we're also always the first ones to send money and troops to those who TRULY need it.
