Were you on meds for it? Like Crestor or Lipitor? They do not recommend you use these during pregnancy.
Otherwise i find nothing in my books nor on line for dangers of miscarrying from hyperlipidemia.

I am a mother of 3 been pregnant 7 times. Your doctor is right there is not all ways a good reason why things happen.

Try to stop figuring out why you did miscarry and start healing emotionally. I have been there. You sound to be avoiding your grief by wantng to find out why. IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT!

well hyperlipidemia is high cholesterol. and polyarthralgia is joint pain.. neither of which should cause the loss of a baby, however medications taken for either condition could be a problem and the underlying reason for the joint pain could maybe contribute?

high chol should have nothing to do with a loss. But you really need to be asking your Doc about this to make sure you find out what you need to do to care for yourself now days.
