timer for applications?

Question

Is there a timer that I can put on some applications? For example : to avoid my children using MSN all day long, I could program the timer to be accessible between 6 and 8 pm for that application.

i dont think there is a such program
but check for a software called "Lock Folder" on the internet

it protects ur applications with a password..
i dont know any other solutions..
