You can get those symptoms when you are about to get your period.

It all depends on the time you had unprotected sex, and whether you were ovulating. My suggestion would be to take an over the counter pregnancy test, if it's been three weeks since you had sex. You should get immediate results. I hope you get what you're hoping for.

maybe yes or maybe no... there area lot of signs which can tell a lady is pregnant including what you are feeling now, but still its not as accurate than having a pregnancy test.
