It's not "women" you should be asking about, it's the feminists.
___Men and women have different domains of relative power and vulnerability. Men are more vulnerable in the soul, and this is why most avoid their feelings, why more men commit crimes of passion than women, why authentic patriarchies preached self-control for mental health, not "getting in touch with your feelings". Women are more vulnerable in the physical world. They have less upper body strength, generally.
___On a deeper level, men's internally brutal experience of emotions fosters an intellectual escapism in them: a more abstract focus in thinking, and a proneness toward physical and material risk-taking. Women, without such escapist tendencies, are more rrisk averse, and more concerned with economic and physical security. But this gives men an edge in the physical world more broadly, for economic risk-taking pays off, and focussing more on abstract long-term vision rather than on more narrowly practical and defensive security-preservation also yields greater returns.
___Women have the advantage in the inner world, and can manipulate men emotionally, sexually, and with regard to passions and guilt, better than the other way round.
___Feminism seeks to neutralize men's advantage in the external world, while keeping women's advantage in the inner world off the table. It wants to take half of men's advantage without giving up any of women's own. Thus are they able to talk of "equality", and convince themselves that they are sincere and idealistic, while being unjust and dishonest. Feminists see the world through hyper-feminine eyes, with blinders that preclude their understanding or even attention to men's experience. Most women are more authentically egalitarian, and realize that men's perspective makes up a valid half of the human perspective.
___So don't tear down women in general because of the dishonesty of feminists.

That is too simplistic a question, maybe just in my opinion.
I would like equality in job pay (not for a job that I can't do but for a job that I do just as well and have exactly the same qualifications and skills for) but I don't want supremacy in my work place, I want to work as a team.
I want to have the right to give my opinion, if it is valid and I want to have the right to vote. However I don't want to elect all women into government or all men. I want to elect the best person for the job (if only they would stand!).
I however think that men and women have different roles, particularly in domestic relationships and I don't want to 'rule' my husband. I want his love and protection and I want to return that love and look after him. Some things never change! So now you know why the question appears simplistic. Its not a battle between equality or supremacy. Its a balance in different walks of life and justice being done. I am sure that black people would feel exactly the same although I cannot speak for them, being somewhat pale faced. Good question though. Made me think. I like that. Thanks.

Supremacy

OK, so you're asking about the majority of people in the world - you know that, right?

Women - most humans are female. (I am addressing women in general - not feminists in particular (since that is not what you asked)).

"Black people" (most of an entire continent plus decendants of slaves and immigrants in most parts of the world).

I'm a man, but live with a woman and a couple girls. I have African Americans in my family. So, I can speak to your question.

Answer: They want what you want.

That is, a decent life and not to have opportunities denied them because of how they look or where they're from or how much money their parents make, etc.

See?

They want to be treated like you would treat yourself and your own children. (assuming you're not a really mean guy that hates his kids)

Feminism is about equality plain and simple. It is not about hating men, nor making them subservient. People of colour and any other minority, deserves equality as much as the next person.

what do you mean by supremacy? i'd say supremacy is harsh... domination perhaps?
i want equality.
women proabably want supremecy/domination after having lived in a generically male dominated society but i'd say it's equality first rather than supremacy.

You're right — feminism can be divided into egalitarian and supremacist factions. For example, I'm an egalitarian, and Baba Yaga is a supremacist. It's hard to say what most women and feminists want, but underlying both factions is the desire for female advancement. They just put caps on it at different times.

They want to feel the object of your desire and this gives them the mental lift they need.
At that point in time!
They want their practical needs serviced, their emotional needs recognised and their presence appreciated at all times.
In a word they are High Maintenance.
You get what you give for the most part, until they change their mind about what they want. Then you are in it up to your neck.
Sadly there is no alternative, only another one of the same.
