Yesterday I spent the day at the hospital with my sister. My nephew was cut in his face by his girlfriends mother.He has to receive 100 stitches in his face. My nephew is more like my own son than my nephew. As I sat with my sister I tried to talk her out of taking revenge on this woman. Even though I did not feel the that way. I wanted to do it as well. However, I was even more upset with the police department they did not do anything. They made the excuse that they was tired of getting calls from that address. From what was told to me was that her daughters was fighting and he tried to break them up and she got mad at him and pushed him as he was walking away she pushed him and he still tried to get away. She picked up a knife and began stabbing him. Her daughters tried to tell the police this and they told them to get the F*&* back in the house. NEED HELP PLEASE!!

Call the mayor of the town and explain to him that the police were called and did not respnd and as a result your nephew was harmed you might have a case agianst the police department. I don't know were you live but in a stabbing or shoting case here the police have to come to the hospital and take a report from the victim of the crime.

You need to go to the police station and stress to them HOW SERIOUS the situation is - sometimes they don't act unless you really push it. The person who stabbed him is a psycho. Get him out and away from those people NOW. Take photographs of his face as evidence of what she has done and take those to the police with you to show them and for your own records. You may also want to obtain an Injunction (restraining order) to keep the psycho away from him with a power of arrest attached so that if she comes near him again she can be arrested and hopefully if it's serious, go to prison. I would contact a criminal solicitor/lawyer in your local area to see what can be done asap.

Stay out of this, let the authorities deal with the situation. All you can do is give your nephew and your sister moral support. I understand how you may feel. I hope your nephew and your sister are okay.

Try to get an advice from a lawyer...maybe the girl has mental problem....and you yourself have to look through the case and try to find out who did the mistake first....then all job will be more easier.....

u should sue them!! fi the police wouldnt do anything about it. however i dont think that u are tellin all the truth about your story..a police man wouldnt tell them to get eh **** back in the house...they would but not in that language that u said he said! i think u want pitty!
