It's a day off work, why would you want to do that? You could give up your driver's license if you dislike jury duty so much, but I doubt that's worth the hassle.

Why don't you just do your damn civic duty. Do you have any idea what our service members are doing for your freedom? And you can't take a week out of your pathetic life to do a simple duty.

Friend, you already asked a similar question that I answered, I told you to just shout the word "Guilty" after the judge's explanation of the court rules, for no reason, just shout "Guilty" and in an instant you'll be kicked out of the court.

Be a cop, I have been called up and they always let me go because they are afraid I would automatically find the person guilty.. I would deliberate fairly, but the defense attorney never believes it!

no. it is your civic duty to go and be the best juror that u can be. if you want to get out of it, though, say that u are dating a police officer. i was pissed that that was a reason for them not to let me serve. happy spring:)

NO! Just have your wife or girlfriend call up and tell them your head is in the toilet and you have the FLU. It Works and you don't even have to go in. I've used it twice!
