Me and my husband are trying for a baby. I have been on these vitamins for about 4 months now. It seems like I have gained a lot of weight since I started on them. Could they be contributing?

I don't know why, but alot of my customers complain that they think there prenatal vitamins make them fat.Don't stop taking them though! They contain nutrients like folic acid which if taken before you conceive, can protect against birth defects.

No, they are simply vitamins and minerals. It would take either fat or hormones to boost your weight. Stress can be a factor in weight gain.

They shouldn't. People tend to gain weight during the winter months though because of a more sedentary lifestyle.

IF you were underweight, or under nourished, then YES, you would see a difference.

The vitamins are putting needed elements back into your body that you may have been lacking.
