No, as long as Republicans in the Senate stand behind him, or ateast stand to the side. Legally he did nothing wrong, and as long as Bush wants him here, he will stay. Whether that is the right thing to do or not, I don't know, but it is completely up to Bush.
Also, if he is fired he won't be handed a leaf blower, those jobs all belong to the illegals.
