You have fallen for one of the sterotypes. Hell no, masculinity has nothing to do with your position. Some say I am more masculine then my partner but I am a bottom.
Its what you like that determine if your a top bottom or vers. not your masculinity.
Also if this was the case what happens when you have too masculine men?

Not always. I know some really masculine bottoms and some really feminine tops.

A masculine man isn't necessarily a seme but a seme is traditioanlly a masculine man.

How boring would that be? In the leather lifestyle one of the things I really enjoy about my gay leather brothers is their ability to simply enjoy and not necessarily follow the stricter separations that different genders follow. I don't know about vanilla gay men, but the gay leather BDSM folk seem to switch roles depending on who needs/wants what at the moment.
Considering the huge growth of Dominant Women and submissive men in the last 20 years, its been my experience that heterosexuals do not practice this either. Most women I know are always on top.

You've just described a typical stereotype for "top" and "bottom."
And why does everyone leave us masculine versatile guys out of the picture? We enjoy both roles!!

Girl, no! I know plenty of masculine men who are bottoms and plenty of feminine men who are tops. I know plenty of men who are versatile....so it doesn't matter what your characteristics are.....you do what makes you happy, whether being on top or bottom and/or both.

No, both my partner and I are masculine in every way, shape and form. And only 1 of us is a top!

no both me and my partner are pretty masculine some people can tell we are gay but most cant and neither one of us are tops and bottoms thats another stereotype not all gay couples are tops and bottoms. You can lick,rim,do,oral,dryhump etc theres other thing you can do besides receptive.
