Most nurses (from my experience) are hard working people who have gone to great lengths to become professional and knowledgeable members of their profession. I have ,however, found a few who have become power hungry and superior acting and are pains. They must be embarrassments to the others who maintain higher standards.

Unfortunately, real good nurses are hard to come by (.Recent experience) Agency nurses are bone idle.I find there is no real commitment probably because they are not in one hospital long enough..
i think the matron should be brought back as well as the nice crisp white and clean uniforms.
Apology's to all you hard working dedicated nurses

I am a nurse and I think we are (mostly) lovely and hardworking people who try to make our patients' illnesses a little more bearable by providing them with good quality care.

I was in hospital last year and they looked after me very well generally and when they didnt it was because they just had too many patients. The auxillary nurses are also fantastic.

To be honest i didn't really think about nurses until my Grandad went into hospital and they are so good and i think comforting. It's GPs I can't stand. I think they are rubbish.
me: My head has fallen off
G.P: (monotone) Oh dear let me just write you out a prescription.
