I'll be 30 next year. It's scary... but we have a long way to go, we are still young, and I've lost count of the amount of people who have told me how much more comfortable they feel with themselves in their 30s, and how much more they enjoy life at this age.

hell I felt the same when I turned 30 in December - but really its no different from being 29!!!!
Except of course she has now entered the thirty and flirty catagory!!!

you tell her for me,happy birthday and cheer up.what seems to be her problem?if she thinks shes getting old,tell her for me that age is just a number,it is her health is whats important.tell her to cheer up,she has a long way to go,before she thinks about gettin old.
