Excellent question. I felt the same was for the longest time. I thought of it as we are letting our american soldiers die over there for crazy, insane people. I have went neutral recently. I do not understand why we are still sending a surge of troops over there to get hurt and killed, but i do understand that the Iraqi people do need the indopendance. But the real question is: How many of them WANT the indopendance? Most of them just want us to leave so they can live their lives.

there is not any real definition of a Fascist or Fascism itself. No Bush isn't a Fascist. surely the Democratic congress is the only that desires to socialise oil and healthcare. The dictionary sais precise-wing yet Fascists are often left-wing in this usa (Hillary & Obama). Calling somebody a Fascist many times capacity that they seem to be a Fascist themselves. to learn extra approximately real Fascism examine the e book Liberal Fascism by using Jonah Goldberg

Not yet but based on his actions and his declaration that he is immune from all American law and restraint I have no choice but to assume he will crown himself Lord Emperor Dobby of the American Empire before his term is up.
David> You say Bush is protecting us from terrorism. Well evaluation of our security finds we are 0% safer than we were previously. All that has happened is that we have lost our civil rights, so how does that make him so great? Besides I will be honest..as an American who loves American ideals I would MUCH rather be vulnerable to terrorists than live in a freedom deprived Dictatorship. Why do I say this? Because over the course of history it is clear that over 90% of the time the safety of the people is threatened by THEIR OWN GOVERNMENT instead of outside forces.

our country does have 10 of the 14 markers of a fascist state. I think Georgieboy would like to be a dictator, but its not quite working out that way.
and i would like to remind people answering here that a great many dictators (Hitler, Mussolini, Trujillo etc) were initially elected or chosen by part of their population. Not all dictators just roar in and take over in a military coup.

what kind of ignorant question is that? the majority of the people in this country are against the war. I am offended that you assume everyone in america runs around with a loaded gun and a gas guzzeling truck killing innocent civilians.
infact, I only know one person who actually supports bush and he is a grumpy old man.
