Do any other USB devices work on your computer, or is it just the Cruzer that fails? If not, then you should probably go to your motherboard or computer manufacturer's website, go to the support page for your model of motherboard, and download the latest available drivers for your operating system. Once you install these USB support will hopefully be enabled, if that isn't already the case now.
