I've managed to get out of jury duty twice! Honestly!
Once I was moving within two weeks to a different state, and the next time was just a few months ago. I just told them that I am a full-time student in addition to working the third shift full-time. They shut up right away!
I was surprised they didn't ask for proof or anything!

It ain't easy, and it shouldn't be easy. Don't you want to do your part for society? The justice system is plagued with enough problems as it is, what if NO ONE wanted to set on a jury? It is every ones right to be judged by their peers - Please do it.
