For those of you who have a different sex or same sex lover, do you feel you are "in love" with your companion or do you consider it purely physical?

my partner and I are very much in love. we'll be together 3 years in May. we live together, we are registered domestic partners, and we've had a commitment ceremony. the physical is only a small part of it.....we are also soul-mates and best friends.

I am in love with Micheal. We have known eachother since we were 10 y/o and we were eachothers first loves. We haven't seen eachother in over 4 years, b/c he is currently incarcerated, but is being released in a month. We have kept in touch over these last few years, and have fallin in love again, as well as confessed our first feelings to eachother. We have plans on being together when he is released. Please don't think he is some thug or criminal, he was in a car accident and the the other driver died so he is doing time. He is a good man with a good heart, and I love him deeply. I blush every time I recieve a letter from him like I'm a girl again. I am in love! But it scares me.

Ummm how would I describe my love....all I can say I myself do feel truly in love with all my heart and soul...I can go as far as to say I found my soul mate!

me and my girlfriend are in love, we have been togather for 5 years, we are buying a house togather, we have a two year old daughter to.
