The bottom line.

For God's sake, learn the difference between a state's attorney general and a federal prosecutor.

State attorney generals are elected state officials. They report to the voters of their state and nobody else.

Federal prosecutors are employees of the Federal Department of Justice and work directly for the Attorney General. They can be fired by the president at any time, with or without cause.

A truly absurd idea. If Democrats found any reason for claiming fraud, they would have been jumping all over it immediately. The election was in 2004. It is already March of 2007. Get over it, already.
