Chemistry -: The famous Diet-Coke and Packet of Mentos trick

Physics-: Make a hydrogen rocket out of a 2 litre plastic bottle, and collect Hydrogen using the collection over water method (straight into the bottle and screw lid on tight.) I would do around 5 bottles to be safe.

For an ignition fuse test differents amount of wire wool, connected to a dc power supply (around 30 volts should do.)

Connect fuse to another screw top, then replace original cap with new + improved fuse cap.

Place rocket on a holder at 45 degrees (do this outside.)
Make sure power supply is set to 30 volts, then switch on - watch that hydrogen rocket go.

Biology -: Not sure, could always do recovery rates of when people have been exercising or something similar.

For physics & chemistry you'll get a lot of answers.
For biology dissect a frog and mount all its parts with their names. You can make the mounting attractive by taking the cross section of some tree trunk ( showing its annular rings) & string the frog (dissected, on it. It shall thus also have a botany input.
