Please describe 'the wrong way' a little. Even then I think the person felt insecure/scared and as it is said 'offence is a way of defence', he took that route.
I think you learnt your lesson not to look at people the wrong way from an instable mind.........

It is not your fault to look at him. And not everyone is violent. Maybe that guy has some problem or maybe he is just bad-tempered.. i have no idea about that, but I have one good suggestion for you. Do not just look at others for too long if you don't know them. People aren't always very nice and friendly, as you know. And I wish you get well soon. Bubbye!
