As long as you have an existing one then it should not be difficult at all. If you have the tools and are the least bit handy you can do it.

If you are starting from scratch then you need to decide if you are going to vent into attic. While that is the easy way you put a lot of moist air up there.
Alternative is to vent outside, more work but a better way.

Big challenege is if new vent needs power is getting power to it.
Easiest is to install a vent with pull chain on/off.
Nicer way is to install wallswitch but wiring is a bigger job.

If you are in a climate where you get ice/snow be aware that outside roof venting will melt ice/snow and create other problems.

Piece of cake if there's already one there. It is no more difficult than changing out an old outlet or light switch.

Follow the instructions. Take the wires out of the old, put them in the new, put the new one into the opening (you may have to cut some of the existing drywall out to make it bigger, depending on the size of your new fan) and viola!!

You're done.

Just be sure you turn the power off on your circuit breaker before you do this! :-)

Should be an easy job. Make sure you check the size of the old duct compared with the new unit. It may require cutting a larger exit hole. Do not vent it into the attic. You will have mold problems later if you do.

Since you already have one, it should be easy to replace.

New installations now require the fan to vent to outside atmosphere, but you should be okay.

all advice here has been good. just don't forget to measure your existing opening and the size of your old fan. better yet, take your old fan with you when you go to buy the new one.
