I think that if you want to have sex with your girlfriend successfully you are going to have to make arrangemnts to be in a place where you wont be disturbed.
Sex is a very personal thing so why not wait until you are sure that you wont be disturbed.

you were nervous or distracted . sex takes time and attention so just slow down and stop worrying about what is happening in the next room . try to do it when you are fully alert and not tired and you should stay hard
