I personally can't stand "my bad"....makes me cringe everytime I hear it.

Thanks everyone for your answers. Everyone of you picked phrases that drive me nuts (some I had forgotten about) so I couldn't really pick a favourite. Everyone got a plus rating though.

I agree, "my bad' makes me wince too. I also hate the laziness of 'text speak' such as ur and the like.
