The main problem with no AC is dust from fan and such. I personally would take the air first just on general comfort.

General rule of thumb; If you are uncomfortable, your computer is uncomfortable. Try blowing a fan directly on the computer to aid in ventilation.

its not required but mind you must leave a space at the end of your CPU to ventilate it and Two fans are enough

It isn't necessary, but it can't hurt, and it makes for a more pleasant indoor climate, it will also cut down on dust.

yes, if your house is at 100 degres constantly, and you have absolutely no ventelation. look at your case and see how many fans you can add.
