No you dont as it is part of the EU,
You may need to get an NIE number if they are going to pay you in to a bank account. Which is very easy to get.
You go to the local police station in Spain fill out a form with a couple of passport photos, Then go back a few weeks later to pick it up.
But if its cash in hand then you wont need that.
Hope you enjoy your time in Spain its a great place

Depends on whether your from an E.U country, if you are then you don´t. Depends also on whether your job will be legal as here in Spain there´s a lot of places which don´t pay your social security etc. Get in touch with the Spanish embassy for answers and here in Spain get in touch with the british embassy. Good luck

If you hold a British passport, you are allowed to stay in Spain for 3 months anyway as tourist. Whether you work or not I suppose is up to you.

depends on what nationality you are ! if you are from an EC
Country you don't need a work permit. but you do have to register as an "Extranjero" No resident permits required now for EC nationals either.
