i am a23yr old boy, i have aelder brother also.
my mom is too strong that she can lift me,dad and my brother all together. she has challenged me tat if i am really a male i should defeat her in wrestling. i can not even think of winning against her bcoz she is way too stronger than me... please help me

You are younger than your Mom so you have to do the following things to beat her.
1. You have to start working out to develop your strength both for physical strength and flexibility.
2. You also have to develop your speed so that you can go from one position to another very quickly and surprise her so that you get her out of "her" rhythm
3. You have to be patient because it is not going to happen immediately.
4. Develop yourself when your Mom is not aware what you are doing so that she doesn't see your strategies that you're developing.
5. Think and dream about your overtaking your Mom and in time, it will happen.
6. Beating your Mom at wrestling does not make you a better male. What makes you a better male is your consideration of other people, your kindness to your fellow man, your love for your Mother and Father and your respect for them always and the good that you can do for others in your life time. You are a 23 year old man, not a boy who deserves the respect of others but you have to earn it. Go for it! You can do it.
