And its definately NOT a dandelion. I grew up around dandelions so I know for a fact its not a dandelion.

This could be a variety of allium (onions). There are all different varieties, some like this and some with many flower heads. They can be ornamental or an obnoxious weed depending on the variety.

I think it is called Chick Weed or Stellaria media.
