You have some kind of infection. See the urologist

urinary track infection. when you hold your pee in for a long time.

your urine may contains crystal ...i mean a lot of them...or maybe
u have UTI ...better check with doctor

there is no iffection. is just your penis is growing more. my mom is a doctor and its not and infeccrtion
