Many methods are there, but non are perfect, you do not need to get family planning go to your doctor(gynaecologist) and ask for various method and the doctor should let you know, what is best. Your husband does not need to go, you can go alone, doctors can implant certain prescription items under your skin on your arm or other devices that are more suitable.
At later dates they can be removed or replaced from time to time.

Family planning is the safest method to prevent pregnancy , but in here u and your husband is not initerested in that , other methods are there but there success rate and very less or not sure .ok the methods are withdrawal , in this condition while sexual acting , before ejaculation withdraw the penis form the vagina. it is not 100 % sure method. another method is 5 days after and 5 days before menses date is safe for sexual act. In this stage the onset of menses in correct date only we can calculate.

Please seek the advice of our personal physician. Everybody is unique and therefore the advice should be tailored. Your privacy is important. This type of question when specific to yourself is not appropriate for this forum. I am sure everybody wants to help you sincerely but this is not a medical clinic and I believe that this format should not be used for seeking personal medical care advice.

I would go for family planning anyhow. You can go with out ur husband. I sure would. More so if he doesn't want to use a condom. It's way better to have kids when you are planning to have them. Talk to a doctor that is your best bet.
