The parental child or parentified child is usually thought of as a child who has been made to assume adult responsibilities. Often, it is in a situation in which the actual parent has abdiciated their parental duties. So, for example, a single parent who has a drug / alcohol problem and is unavailable to look after the children. An older child may begin to assume responsibilities (cooking meals, making sure younger children are up and get to school, cleaning the house, etc.) which are inappropriate to the age and maturity level of the child. Such an experience can "rob" the child of the appropriate experiences of childhood. Under sources, I've provided a few links which will provide more information.

Any authority or adult entrusted with a child that chooses to encourage a child to be decietful.
or is it...
Any child that has been
1. lured into thinking
2. then has made the decision to accept the illusion that they have authority over their parents.
Both would encourage confusion in any child.

My guss is that a parental child ius a kid who is more mature and solid and sensible than his/her parents. She reminds, nags, probably anal(or he), and maybe the folks are emotional wrecks and depend on he/she to hold everything together. This kind of child would probably have ulcers and a drinking/drug problem by their teens. Probably be a neglectful parent thinking the kid is like them and needs don't have to be met as theirs werent.
Too many parents, today, were probably kids of acid-hippies and they were these kinds of kids.
As for reading I'd look it up on the web. ..or try a human development text.
