Are you sure that it is a pimple. I know someone that thought that, and found out that it was the beginnings of a cyst. Anyway, the best way to dry it up, since you must sit on it, would be caladryl. It will prevent itch, and dry it up at the same time. I even use it on face pimples. Every now and then I get one and I have plans for the next day, I use a dot of Caladryl at night, and under my makeup. They usually don't take more than a day or two to clear up.

well, not good to pop it but a good soak in some epsom salts will help to bring it out and let it pop on its own. if oozing a lot put a bandaid on it.
