I would like to know the following answer. Thank you.

I am one Chinese and married to one italian guy in Italy. According to the italian law, our property will not be shared but belongs to the Chinese law the property can be shared both. So I should follow the law of Italy or Chinese?

Who told yuo that the Italian law says that?!! Italian laws are not different form European laws. Seek legal advice on this. You are being mislead.

If your properties are in Italy you have (there are) public document (EU documents) saying who the owner is. For properties in China might work the Chinese law.

I am a indian Bengali Girl married to an Italian.So first tell me did u sign any document during d marriage ? where it is written that d husband's property stay with him and wife's property stay with her that means if u ppl divorce later on then the properties will b not shared???If yes then u cant help it!!

And tell me did u regesterd ur marriage in Italy??Where u got married n Italy or China? If n china u have to regester ur marriage n italy.Go to d consolate n check.
