I gave them the password to this account and never changed it.Now they read my email.

You have no legal justification to find this person, because you gave them the password.....Just change it.....thats about all you can legally do....

What are you waiting for, change your password NOW. This should have been done the first time you realized that your password was being used.

Change the password now. Also you may have no legal avenue after giving the person your password. It will be your word against theirs. Sorry.

You can change you password. otherwise if you really are desperate to catch them then check with emails that they have sent to your peers. There you can find the IP address of the culprit and whip his ***:d

First, change your password. As far as catching them, it can be done, but why bother. Searching for evidence could expose you to disciplinary action from your employer, if your business mail is running through their server.
