I cannot answer the first part of your question, for honestly I have heard no one talk of "these stickers", as for the second part, no Idea. The third, They are naturally for sticking somewhere!! The fourth, Stickers are normally used for decoration, and advertising. They may also have several other uses, but i'm not aware of these....yet!. and finally, I normally buy mine, but you could also steal them, peel off some which are already in place. Any more ideas anyone??

The stickers everyone is talking about are the stickers you put on your head and read "MORON" Its the cool new thing, you aught to try it sometime.
