Try taking some Tylenol to get the fever down, that should help. If that doesn't work, or if it goes up another degree, then you should go. Probably just the good old flu, it's going around.
Make sure you try to keep hydrated, especially if you're throwing up. You may not feel like drinking anything, but you have to.

Sweetheart, go see a doctor, get some antibiotics, you may have the flu. If so... man you'll just have to hang in there and I know how awful the flu is. I know a person with the flu just wants to die. Get off the computer and go to see a doctor.
And after you feel better, if you are still depressed go seek a good Christian counselor.
Really, turn the computer off and go.. go now. I mean it.
And don't turn the thing back on until you are healed!

Don't panic just yet. Get some liquids and some rest, if the fever doesn't go down then go see a doctor.

Only if you can't get it to go away. If it doesn't go away in a few days and cannot be reduced with fever reducers, then off you go to the nice doctor!

Call first. My family and I had an awful flu with high fevers, vomiting, diarrhea.....it just had to run its course. I became too ill to go to the doctor and you may, too. Call the doctor's office and ask them what they think.

No. Don't do that. What do you expect for me
to say? Yes. Go to the doctor. They go
to medical school for a LONG time to
address this, not here.
(i think this is another joke question)
