hmmmmmmm...you do have a strange one- what is it a suction cup?the only thing you could put into your penis is a catheter...but am sure you wont be peeing normal after that..come to my office..I'll insert for one free

Why would you ever put tissue into your penis??
I can not imagine any pleasure out of doing something like that. If you are using that as a stimulation during masturbation you need to think sexy thoughts and stop the potential injury to your penis.
Likely anything up there will be passed the next time you urinate. However, watch carefully and if there is any swelling or any redness or warmth you should see a doctor soon and you may have an urinary tract infection that must be treated. And stop tempting fate.

You have two options, you first drink a lot - 3 beers will do, drunken quickly, then hold it in finally you should blast out about 1000ml, that aught to clear it if you were able to hold it in until your bladder was about to burst.
If that does not help you will have to go to someone who anesthetizes your penis & shoves a pair of thin tweses up. I know what my choice would be!
