my girlfriend and i are international students. we want to get married. if we want to marry in CA, are there any documents i need to prepare? or married in Vegas will be easier?

Vegas. No waiting period, no bloodtests, just turn up at the Marriage Licence Bureau with i.d. and $55 cash and get married at any of the chapels. It will be cheaper too - weddings in Vegas start at $25.
