model 6220.i wuz transfering pics frm ma pc wen it suddenly switchd off itself.wen i turnd it on it says phone restricted.i dunno the code.wat do i do?

Usually it is defaulted to the last 4 numbers of your phone number...try that. Otherwise you'll have to take it in, or try every possible # combo.

Contact the company that made the phone.They would have the knowlage to best answer your question. There may be an 800 # inside the phone where the battries go. Do you have an manual or instruction guide for it? If those options fail you, you might try to find something helpful online.
